In 1928 Mr. Ruggiero gave birth to the homonymous dairy: a Neapolitan DOC citizen, grown up among the rich pastures of cows and buffaloes of which Campania enjoys and which provide the delicious milk that make Campania's mozzarella the myth par excellence. The first product, which is still the basis of the success of the dairy, was the "cagliatella", prepared with absolutely traditional methods.

The masters of excellence, have been able to pass on this ancient art from father to son. Today, Ettore and Ciro have the great merit of creating a perfect union between the merits of craftsmanship and the guarantees offered by modern production technology. A true economic miracle due to the work competence, the tenacity and the intelligent resourcefulness of an entire family.
